Capabilities

Spiral Welded Pipe

Spiral welded pipe produced from hot rolled steel sheet coil and rolled by spiral forming machine with continuous welding internal and external by Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) process and cut to the required length.

Longitudinal Welded Pipe

Longitudinal Welded Pipe produce from hot rolled steel plate and rolled by Plate Bending Machine. The plate is then welded internally and externally by Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) process. The 3-4 meters rolled section are then joined together to achieve required length.

Fittings

Fittings such as bend, tee, reducer are also fabricated to an international standard such as AWWA C208 “Dimensions for Fabricated Steel Water Pipe Fittings:, JIS G 3451 “Fittings of Coating Steel Pipes for Water Servcie, BS534 “Steel Pipes, Joints and Specials for Water and Sewage”, MWA, PWA.
